Is the Intel GMA950 ok to play online games?

I have a older laptop with a Intel centrino Duo 2.0Ghz,2GB ram,intel 945GM/GMA950 224MB graphics,with a 160GB HDD.
Can it play a online game such as Combat Arms without too much lagging?
also what is a good free software for seeing Frames Per Second?

    FRAPS will tell you the FPS while in games.
    But the GMA 950 is a terrible video card for gaming

    thats ok, just make sure you have a good internet connection with a low contention rate.
